Clouded by protest
Blinded by contests
Obsessed, depressed & oppressed
Caged in a little nest

Afraid of distress
Just to be at rest

A blessed one came to impress
God!!! She's really blessed
She became my chest
One I could confide in


A shoulder to confess
She was not a guest
But a next door neighbour

Dressed in a beautiful dress
Full of zest

I could face all my quests
Break out of my nest
Find rest
Be blessed in such a world of distress with this blessed one
